Jeff gave price we agreed and were told someone would be out in week or two. next day guy came out and did the work. couldn't ask for better action. told roof would last 4 to 5 years and that was a pleasant surprise as every one around us having new roofs ."

"When I initially contacted Carolina Seamless Gutters, I left a message and Kevin (the owner) called back in a very timely manner and came out when he said he would.  It took us a while to make a decision, and he was excellent with following up with us to answer any questions we may have had without being pushy or intrusive.  He gave us options on products and pricing and really was interested in earning our business and staying within our budget.  Although we had some delays due to weather and his schedule, he always called to let us know if he wasn't able to have workers here and would let us know when they would be here and they were.  The workers that did the job were very respectful and did an excellent job - finished the job in one day, cleaned up all the mess and when I didn't like the placement of one of the downspouts, arranged to come back the following day to move it and they did - no problem.  (they would have done it that same day, but didn't have the necessary part with them)
As for pricing - Kevin's estimate was $1000 cheaper than another provider on Angie's List for the same exact products/job, but I specifically chose him because he was so responsive, had great follow up and was really interested in gaining us as a customer.  I would highly recommend Kevin and Carolina Seamless Gutters.
As a sideline -- after 2 weeks, and lots and LOTS of rain - the gutters are working great!

"The installation of our new roof could not have gone better. Premiere worked well with our insurance company. It's been awhile but I believe we decided to pay a little more on our own to upgrade to architectural roofing shingles which have more durability and last longer. Well worth it for the peace of mind. I'd use Premiere again in a heartbeat but I hope it's not for another new roof because that will mean severe weather came our way again and I wouldn't wish that on our neighborhood again."
