He gave a two-hour window of when he would come and called when he was on his way. He cheerfully answered my questions, cleaned the vent, and cleaned up before he left. (One of the other companies called several days later, and I never did hear from the third. ) I appreciate that this is a locally-owned business where I was able to deal directly with the owner."
