"They did an excellent and proffesional job of replacing our roof. It started with a very professional quotation by Dean, there was nothing to wonder about, as he covered and explained every step of the process. Dean would show up each day during the roofing to see if I had any questions and to check on the progress. Each afternoon prior to leaving they would clean the area. "The technician found three areas for one leak that were very likely the sources. He took pictures to show me the underlying problem(s) and the water trails. He did a fix of each. I'm impressed! Light years ahead of the H. roofing company who had been here at least twice before this year and spent 15 minutes giving no information, other than: "... the wind does it and these are hard to locate..". The other leak was at the solar panel anchors where the sealant had failed and the other guys had failed to address the condition of the caulking. I'm thinking, from watching, this guy he has resolved the issues until we can re-roof this summer. He sealed the edges where he saw leakage and replaced several screws. He also resealed the anchors. Haven't got the bill yet and it hasn't rained again today, but I'm feeling like we should have called these guys first! No pressure to buy. No BS. Just the facts of why the tar paper is failing and what happened to the original adhesive we used 34 years ago. A+"

"Zach and his crew at 323 Construction are great! Most of all, you want to hire a construction contractor who is honest. If they are fast and do excellent work, even better. 323 Construction is all that and more. They really care that customers are happy and that their work is done at the highest level. 323 Construction took our entire old 70's home, with floors and ceilings falling through, and turned it into a modern showcase. Things weren't just pasted over with stuff that will fall off and real problems exposed later. No, 323 investigated any suspicious thing they found during demo and made sure the infrastructure behind all the beautiful things they put in was solid and safe for your family. 323 uncovered major electrical problems, structural issues and all kinds of problems that were easy to fix while the walls were open but would have caused huge problems (and massive expenses) later if an uncaring contractor had just pasted over them and not had the courage to call me and say it was going to be a tiny bit more to keep my kids from potentially being electrocuted in their own shower. There was no nickel and dime act going on; Zach only called to provide updates and to report real problems (he even sent photos etc to verify). We are so happy with 323 Construction that we hired them again to put on a deck, fix up the shop and remodel the outside of the house. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
