"Repeat customer, first time they did a wonderful job back in 2017, hired them again in 2022 for a continuation of my fence and was disappointed. Scheduled the install date 1.5 months in advance, took a vacation day in advance so I could be home, and they showed up on the wrong day, called me from work, and I had to ask to leave work early. They never once apologized for making me leave work and wasting a vacation day even though the paperwork showed they were wrong. They didn't clean up any of the scrap pieces they cut off of the vinyl fence install, they left cellophane wrap, candy, and band aid wrappers all around for me to pick up, that my dogs could have choked on. They also never collected any of the 15 softball sized rocks they dug up, just left them in my yard. Customer service was lacking, reached out to the company and still haven't heard back from them in over a week now."

"Fox fencing put up about 250 foot of scalloped, shadowboxed fencing around part of our yard, for the dog.  They also put in 2 four foot gates. In addition, Fox put up an arbour and 16' foot of fencing on the left front of our house, not functional as much as it is a decorative feature.  They took away the old fence as well.  It took about 3.5 days to do the work.  The workers (Alex) were on time, communicative and professional.  The fence is excellent workmanship.  My dad and I put in the original fence 20 years ago, so I know (may not be able to it build though) a quality fence when I see one. We got three bids.  All the bids were within 200-300 dollars.  I chose Fox partly from the reviews and partly because of the knowledgeable and informative sales person. <br /> Just for pricing information, we used 6 by 6 foot posts for a 30 foot stretch in the front.  We also had "french gothic" post tops installed. The arbor is arched with 1" x 2" pickets. <br />"

"<p>Have used Severin Assamoi of Deck Domain for several years to refresh our decks.  This year we also asked him to do interior (unfinished wood) of our screened porch.  He did a beautiful job cleaning off the mildew and reapplying stain.  However, it took  two weeks for the floor of the stained porch to dry.  </p> <p>  We did have high humidity during that time and rain a couple of days, and the flooring area is always shaded.  The porch  is roofed/screened and a ceiling fan was running constantly.  I don't know if the wood was oversaturated with the preservative/stain product, or if it was due to the weather that it took so long to dry.  We had to have the porch furniture sitting in our carport for two weeks which was inconvenient.  </p> <p>However, the final product looks like something out of a magazine.  We'd definitely use him again.</p> <br />"
