"I have been looking for a company to replace the windows in my home and was referred to MWT when I could not find a company that met me needs. The MWT owner and his team members were extremely professional. They gave a detailed overview of the products and services. When my windows were delayed due to COVID they informed me well before my installation date. They called my a week before my scheduled installation. Showed up on time the day of the installation and completed the install 2 hours earlier than the time the indicated it would be complete. The installers walked the house with me to make sure I was happy with the install and cleaned up all trash caused by the replacement. I am looking to hire them for some additional work and have already referred them to a friend."

"Basically very well. The owner, is extremely accessible and gave a great presentation. Any time I had a question or issue I called him and he answered immediately. There was a little delay with the measuring of the windows and the installation date, but the windows are great and the installation team was professional and got them installed in one day. I would recommend Atlanta Window Pro. The owner is working really hard to ensure satisfaction."

What they did was fine. BUT the gentleman that did the work tried to leave before checking the functionality of his work.  The door wouldn't close because he bent the bracket that held the sensor. He came back in to fix that.  Work was fine, but he left the old rollers lying everywhere and he greased the "screw" overhead with too much grease that dripped everywhere after the first few up/down moves of the door.

The job would have been A+, 5 star except for these items.  We probably will use them again, but will stay and watch the entire time.
