I got an email back stating they needed a view from the top and since we didn't have a ladder to get up there, I decided to just show up with no appointment so they could let us know. We informed them we work on-call 24/7 and they were said we could wait and they'd do it in a couple of hours or drop it off and pick it up the next morning.
