"Originally, I had sent them an email with a picture of the hole that was getting bigger in our company cargo trailer. I got an email back stating they needed a view from the top and since we didn't have a ladder to get up there, I decided to just show up with no appointment so they could let us know. We informed them we work on-call 24/7 and they were said we could wait and they'd do it in a couple of hours or drop it off and pick it up the next morning. Scott gave me an estimate as well after looking at it. We opted to pick it up the next day, and when we came to pick it up, the estimate was right on as what we were quoted.
