"The vinyl flooring in front of one of our 2 toilets developed a couple of bulges. Our plumber removed the stool to discover a leak had rotted some of the plywood & needed repair. At the same time we were in the process of using R F Denney to install a reverses osmosis system and I saw in their literature they also had repairmen in one of their divisions. I was in a bit of a panic because we had house company coming in about ten days. Ted Ruth, the project manager, did a great job of getting it coordinated. John, whose last name I have forgotten, was prompt and efficient at doing the actual job which involved removing the glued down vinyl flooring, repairing and replacing plywood flooring, trimming & gluing the new vinyl, caulking, & clean-up...Super! Their plumber then came & re-installed the toilet, Completed within 2 days and all completed the day before company arrived!! Bravo!"
