"I wanted shingles that matched the shingles on the house on the separate 2 car garage, I looked on the internet and could not find them on the shingle company's site, so told the contractor to go with a different color. Mr Garrison called back the next day and said he had found the color I wanted and they would be delivered the day they were going to do the roof. <br /> Originally he said he would be out within 2 weeks to do the job. He soon called back and said they would be out tomorrow and have the roof on by evening. What a great surprise to have the roof done so much sooner and to have the  same color shingle as is on the house. <br /> They arrived that morning and went to work, the shingles arrived by the time they had the old roof off, and of course the new roof was on by 3 PM, they were cleaned up and gone by 4 PM. When I said cleaned up, I meant there was not even the smallest piece of scrap or shingle piece anywhere. They swept the concrete in front of the garage also. <br /> This is a great roofing company and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. The crew was very professional and polite and worked very fast even though the temperature was in the middle 90's. <br /> Would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone needing a new roof! <br />"

"Sept 2011 - (Thursday) The roofers spoke English as a second language so through a miscommunication they removed the guttering TWO WEEKS BEFORE Band C was due to install the new guttering. Once I realized the error, I called the roofing firm who contacted Band C and they had a crew out the following Saturday so we only went without guttering for two days. The guttering is very nice. The only thing they forgot to do was replace the long gutter that goes out from a downspout to carry the rain away from the house. I made a call on Monday and they were out that day to take care of it. <br /> Fast forward to May 30, 2013. The summer of 2012 had a drought so we really did not get to test our guttering. On May 27, 2013, we had a flood in our downstairs - as in throwing out all the carpet for two good sized rooms. We are assuming this was caused by the realignment of soil and our foundation since we had our foundation raised two months earlier. This rain was 4.1 inches. It came in places we had never had problems with in 27 years of ownership. May 30, it began to rain again. We were again outside digging trenches, running to the hardware store and adding additional pieces on the ground. We looked at the downspouts and both of us thought they were closer to the ground than previously. At any rate the water was gushing out of downspouts but not continuing through the ground pieces because there did not seem to be enough heighth to us to give the water momentum. It was backing out of the ground guttering, I called the roofer to see if someone could come look at it. They called Band C who returned my call promptly. Mr. Eckhardt was there in about 15 minutes. He told us what pieces we needed on the ground, left and brought the pieces back with him, installed them and DID NOT CHARGE us anything. He also told us some spots needed dirt which we already knew. We had water in smaller amounts the next day, but not from guttering problems. I would highly recommend this company. <br />"
