We decided to mow our own grass this year and discontinued that service HOWEVER I gave them dates to mow when we were out of town and they said they would mow -- I sent them a reminder by email, text and voice mail before we left. "The company set out a certified tree arborist. He sat at the table with me for a half hour. He told me what he recommended. I felt more comfortable with a certified arborist and him explaining his plan. He did ten trees; a couple of them were oak trees that hadn't been trimmed in 17 years. He trimmed the trees so they would grow properly and grow in my yard. I felt like I received a basic knowledge of the trees in my yard. They put a cable on the linden tree in the front yard; they said there was a weakness in the tree. They wanted to keep the tree from splitting. They actually used a cherry picker to trim the huge oak trees. They did a wonderful clean up in the yard. They did a great job."
