Again I confirmed, cleared my day, and waited. I even called around 7 PM and was told the technician was still ?on the way.? No one ever showed. Two confirmed appointments. Two complete no-shows. Zero communication. Hours of my time wasted. If a customer missed a confirmed appointment, there would be fees ? yet they ghost customers without notice.
