"Spent a week doing it all. Clean up each evening and neatly stack unused materials, etc, so there is no mess lying around the yard, etc. Check in during process, to be sure things are being repaired as expected. If anything turns up that requires more work/mateirals than originally estimated, they will contact you to go over it & get approval before doing. These folks are VERY busy so there may be a fair waiting period (which they will let you know how long) but it is worth it. <br />"

"It went very well.  They were friendly, professional, proud of their work and absolutely did not mind answering our millions of questions.  They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess (wish our children would follow suit).  The bathroom subfloor had water damage due to cracked tile and they realized the original contractor had used the wrong type of flooring.  They corrected that, replaced the tile, added more support in the basement and basically made our previously ugly bathroom pretty again.  We plan on remodeling the entire home and will be using them.   <br />"

"There were some communication problems with this company, when the men arrived to install the gutters they started taking the gutters off the front of the house which was not supposed to be replaced. After a couple of phone calls the problem was resolved and they workmen replaced the gutters that they had started to take down with new ones at no cost to me. <br /> The gutter project went very smoothly after the initial confusion. <br /> The workman that replaced and installed the back door did a VERY GOOD job and completed the project in a timely manner. <br /> Over-all the workmanship was very good but communications with the office personnel could be drastically improved. <br /> Be sure to state exactly what you require for your project."

"This update is to help those of you that may be on the fence about doing your garage floor because you aren't sure how well it will hold up.
