When I questioned Josh about whether he'd put some of the work in his estimate, he replied that he hadn't but did the extra because he thought it needed doing and he wanted us to be completely happy. "We had a standing water problem in our backyard. It was literally a lake back there and it killed all the grass. We needed our yard to be graded and re-sodded. We collected many estimates and they were wide ranging in scope and price to say the least. Trent, although not the lowest, told us exactly what we needed, was very knowledgeable about the business and didn’t try to sell us on extra work we didn’t need which several did. He did most of the work himself or was there for all of it. I also liked the fact that his name is on the business and he did exactly what he said he would, when he said he would. I highly recommend him for any landscaping needs."

"I just can't say enough about the detail, precision, and care that Steven puts into his work. If I could rate him an A+ on here, I would have. Excellent in every way. Perfect cabinet installation. He fastening it to the studs in wall, even when the directions did not call for it. He fixed a problem with our recirculating pump that no other handyman or even plumber could figure out! For the first time in 8-1/2 years, we finally don't have to wait 2 minutes for hot water in our master bathroom!!! My husband was amazed this morning!!! Not only did he fix the door on our bathroom vanity that no one else could, but also saved me from making a huge mistake with my selection of caulk for some brickwork. Honestly, Steven has been a blessing from the Lord. I already have hired him for other various jobs, that will take competence. You won't go wrong if you hire him."

repairs replaced the control box within an hour. He also walked me through the system so I

could understand how to operate it. Extremely helpful.

"I have rebar holding up all of the rock around myvflower beds. I had these guys aerate my yard and they did a great job. The reason I gave them a C is because they make appointments then don't show up. They know what they are doing if you can pin them down. I wasted an entire day waiting and messaging with them back and forth so they COULD have let me know they wouldn't be here . This is the second or third time this has happened. I messaged them after 4 and asked if they weren't coming but I got no response. The irony of this is that someone from consumer satisfaction called earlier today and I bragged at the job they had done. Guess I will be back on there looking for somrone. I fall often and really need this fixed otherwise I can see myself as a human kabob."

"Jeremy and his crew are the best. He drew up a great plan to replace old shrubs we had removed. He also fixed some issues with our sprinkler system, installed landscape lighting, replaced Bermuda sod and removed old wooden fencing in a very timely fashion. Would 100% use Black Tie Services in the future."
