They installed the two fans and hood over my stove and asked for my input on all preferences. They also empathized over the fact that Wayfair gave me a flush mount option without the parts. When installing my hood, they took out the jank wire which was not up to code, they fixed my daughterâ s plastic hot fan box, which was running on 60 volts all the time, and assembled everything, including fixing the bend hood and shortening the kitchen down rod. On top of all that, they cleaned up, even vacuumed and gave me a discount. They found 3 fire hazards in my home. The kitchen fan was hanging on by a stripped screw thread. Mr Gist is gonna need more workers bc, if he keeps treating ppl like that, his business will be booming!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.
