"Nate communicated with me quickly when I posted my job to fix an outdoor spigot and replace a toilet. He had availability right away, but it turned out that I didn't need him for several weeks. He was able to do the job when I needed him at a very fair price, managed the job well & left things cleaner than he found them. His business is fairly new, but he is a Master Plumber with a lot of professional experience and a very nice guy. We all need a dependable plumber on call, and I've found mine. "The second time I have used Pacific Stone and Tile in lass than a year and my experience this time was just as fantastic as the first time. very reasonable price and the final product looks better than we had visioned. Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. You can tell immediately the pride Sal and his crew take in their work. The installers were as friendly as the owner, they kept the area clean and and were very considerate of me and my family. I plan on using Pacific Stone and Tile every time I need countertops."
