"We have been really happy with them. Becuase of the plus plan, they are guaranteed to come out within a certain amount of time if something breaks. But even before we had that we did have our air conditioner break one year and they came right out.  They are always very punctual and they always someone calls to tell us they will be here in 10 minutes. They only time they have ever run into an issue when the previous appointment ran long. They called several times to let me know the timeline and then they comped me an extra visit to make up for it. They are quite good at that. They always put the little bootie covers on before they come in the house."

"They arrived on time and did a thorough job. However we had 2 supply ducts which are under a  sink cabinet. They were unable to get into those because of the tight fit and angles. <br /> They also opened the main runs in the crawl space and cleaned those. <br /> We took advantage of the $355 special on Angie's list for 12 ducts or less. However I did not realize return air ducts count, and only counted supply ducts. The extra ducts were $15 each, which I thought was reasonable. <br /> The equipment they used was an over-sized vacuum and a spinning brush pushed through the duct work. <br />"

Lydia, the office manager, is helpful and prompt with both emails and phone calls, and Landon, the electrician we had both times (I specifically requested him the second time), was great and everything was as promised and cleaned up. She also was as the job site nearly every day to monitor the progress of the work, answer questions coordinate scheduling the workers.||After discussing system options and age of the heating system also it was decided to replace both the boiler heating system, the A/C system, add several duct outlets to the second floor and install a stand alone Mitsubishi room heating / cooling unit for the second floor office.||Installation was originally scheduled for 4 days but had to be broken into two segments due to some delays on obtaining equipment. ||Workers were always professional and willing to answer questions as they performed the install. They cleaned up work areas at the end of each day and never left any mess."
