He covered his shoes with disposable covers upon entering our home, and placed a mat in his work area to avoid scratching or marring the hardwood floors. Parts had to be ordered, and his return visits were handled in the same professional manner. He answered all my questions about the repair, and I would definitely recommend this company and this tech for future repair work. I've had other techs from other repair services stomp through the house with muddy shoes, scratch our floors, and leave the debris clean-up for me to do. She also was as the job site nearly every day to monitor the progress of the work, answer questions coordinate scheduling the workers.||After discussing system options and age of the heating system also it was decided to replace both the boiler heating system, the A/C system, add several duct outlets to the second floor and install a stand alone Mitsubishi room heating / cooling unit for the second floor office.||Installation was originally scheduled for 4 days but had to be broken into two segments due to some delays on obtaining equipment. ||Workers were always professional and willing to answer questions as they performed the install. They cleaned up work areas at the end of each day and never left any mess."
