The tech that came out was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. After some investigation he found that all it was was the drip tube was not angled exactly right. He added a piece to make sure the water went down the drain and the problem was solved. He even went outside to test and inspect the outside unit as well. The price was much less than I expected.
