"When the work stared through about 80% of the job - they did a wonderful job.  Bill has a great eye for design,and gave us exactly what we wanted and more.  He has tons of construction experience that was outstanding in helping us with another issue that arose when the patio was being installed.  The only issue we had was that something seemed to happen about 3/4 of the way through the job, where it was hard to get them over to finish the job.  The quality of the work also went downhill at this point, but thankfully , the job was almost complete.  They say they plan to come back out to check on the job after 1 year to make any repairs or adjustments, but after our experinces of the past couple of weeks, I am not going to hold my breath on that one.  Not sure what happened...was planning to have them come back out next year for further work, but we may have to think about it.  Overall quality was good, but it got pretty poor towards the end..like they were in a rush."
