"I've had the pleasure of working with Radek/RF Improvements for over 10+ years. He's taken projects where our schedules matched up and unfortunately due to timing there were two major projects he wasn't able to take as our schedules didn't match up and I needed it done sooner and I had to go with someone else. Lesson here being try to adjust to his schedule as he'll do it better than the other guy. Projects he took on 10+ years ago are still solid and have not needed any follow up. Projects where I went with the someone else, I've had to call him to come fix. Radek/RF Improvements prices are reasonable and it shows in his detail and explanation of work. "Contacted them to by phone on 7/16/21 at about 9:30 am was told the estimators were busy but was asked to send an email of photo's I had of the problem as well as my contact info and estimator would be in touch. I sent email and received a reply from Billing Mgr at 10:02 am. That is the last I heard from them. Ended up getting work done by another company that actually replied back to me (that same day). With all of the other glowing reviews of this company on Angles list, I'm surprised."
