I recently purchased a condo and the floors were very creaky and not the color I wanted. After contacting Marcel, he quickly came to my place to give a quote. "Arkadia Floorings (Mike Osan Mircea) has done a wonderful job of installing lvp in our basement. He is extremely meticulous , worked at a steady pace and completed the job with utmost care. He pulled out the carpets and cleanly packed them for easy disposal. Then he made the basement floor look really new without any costs overrun. The thresholds, shoe base installs, etc were done to tidy up further. For stairs going down to the basement , he pulled the rug out and there were hardwood stairs already. He resurfaced and stained with a color that matched the lvp. This actually reduced our costs . Towards the end of our job , he took extra time to clean up, vacuum and really leave the home slick n span. He also took care of a few extras - like cleaning up /buffing up some parts of existing wood floors elsewhere in the house, all for no extra cost."

"I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Really like Sergiu and his team. The floors look beautiful. A few negatives: there was a strip near our oven that didn't get done because the oven was moved out too far, they did come back, but couldn't get it to match the rest. There were a few stains on the walls that needed to be painted over. Not a big deal, but would have preferred nothing left on the walls. Lastly, they replaced bottom trim for us in one room, but then got stain all over it so it needs to be repainted by us. That isn't great."

"Sorin and his father in law(unfortunately I don't remember his name) did a great job installing wood floors throughout the whole house. They also did all of the baseboards. Sorin really cared about the final results and went above and beyond to make my wife and I extremely happy about the finished product. We had other projects going on and he worked around our schedule. They were reasonably priced and didn't try to nickel and dime us for the extra work that was needed. Also was a real pleasure to deal with. Great job."
