"During the initial walkthrough with the cleaner, my girlfriend and I outlined our expectations and highlighted specific areas that needed attention, particularly emphasizing the importance of dusting in every room. However, after the cleaning was completed, I noticed several areas that did not meet the standards we discussed. Certain spots that we specified in our initial conversation were left untouched. While the cleaner performed adequately, the overall outcome was comparable to what an average person could achieve on their own. The fee charged seemed disproportionate to the quality of the service provided, and I believe that Angie's List could improve their screening process for service providers.
