"Very professional. Work completed as promised."

"Three days after presenting me a quote they started work. In my experience that’s unheard of. A 1 Renovation replaced the screen on a screened in porch and they did an excellent job. They arrived at 8:30am and finished by 2:30pm even though winds were fierce and it was cold. If I could I’d give them 6 stars. They’re that good!"

"Work completed per plan. On time, per requested instal and within cost estimate."

"Initiall call returned in one day  and service was completed as promised.  crew of carpenters was excellent and fun to have working... certainly saved us  from a lot of labor that we were not quite willing to do ourselves.

UPDATE-6/6/15:

We used this company in the past for a roofing job that has since gone wrong, without appropriate follow-up or resolution from Bazell Maintenance & Remodeling. The door portion of the job in this review was originally very good, but as of now, you can hardly get the door open without yanking the knob off. I have yet to receive any resolution on this issue, either."

"Employees are very professional and honest. I will never use another business for my rental homes."

"We had our bathroom remodeled and a old addition tore down and a larger one built. The owners are really upfront and honest which is a huge deal. We ran into some unexpected surprises and they explained in detail the whys and the how's. We would highly recommend this company for any home improvement work. We plan on working with them again on another project. Adding three bedrooms to the rear of our house. Great job guys. My wife and I are so happy that we found you to work on our project."
