He did a great job of communicating with me, pricing several different options I wanted to look at, he was very reliable, thorough and did a quality job for me and his pricing was competitive. He was very helpful and willing to let me pick out my own balusters and deck post lights for my handrails and could not have been more accommodating or professional. He completed the new deck in a timely manner and the men he had working for him were very fast and did good work. I waited 4 mos to have the deck stained and noticed a few nails that had missed the floor joists and Jeff the owner gladly sent one of his men back to correct the problem. "I called Joel to set up a time when he could give us an estimate on our fence. Because he gets so many requests, he noted it might be a little while before he would be available. (Based on some of the other reviews, I wasn't surprised by this.) We talked a bit longer, and when he learned that we would need HOA approval for the fence, he very generously gave us some advice about how to get (essentially) pre-approved so there would not be any lag time between selecting our contractor and starting the work. "Provided prompt quotation.  System was installed on time as scheduled.  Installers were prompt and professional.  Training was done one week later, training us (the puppy owners) how to train the dog and how to program the system.  Trainer will be back in one week for follow-up training."

The guy came, drew a picture, and knew what he was talking about. The guys that came and did the work went right about what he had said, and everybody lived up to their end of the deal.
