The company main contact scheduled an appointment to review and assess the lawn, and provided a quote for the services needed (trimming the Hedge bushes, laying down grass feed, and mulching the trees). The company informed me when they would be able to perform the services needed, and they showed up as agreed. The lawn was amazing!! My attendance was not required, since I had to be in the office. Once the services were completed, the company sent me photos of the completed work, and my yard looked like a complete new yard. I felt comfortable for the first time in a very long time walking in the backyard without having to avoid mud, puddles of water, and mowing the lawn with confidence of not turning wet areas into a muddy mess. Next Level explained what were materials used and how the drainage system operates. Even after long periods of rain, Next Level was able to salvage the top layer of grass and was able to place it back after installation of the drainage system without me having to re-sod the yard. In doing so, saved me money, which is a blessing. After the work was over and a little TLC, it didn't take long for my lawn to recover. Next Level did an excellent job with the drainage system.
