"Montes Roofing LLC did a fabulous job on my house. I had a hole in one roof and I called several roofing companies on a Saturday morning. Montes Roofing was the only company who offered to come out on the same day I called. Mr. Montes came out about two and a half hours after I called. He showed me pictures of the hole taken from his drone so I could see it for myself. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me how soon they could get started. They started when he said they would and they didnâ t waste time. I subsequently hired Montes Roofing to replace two other roofs and tuckpoint my house and replace siding. Throughout the roof replacements, siding and tuckpointing, Mr. Montes visited the site frequently while his crew was working and kept me informed on what was going on and whenever I called or texted him, he always returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. The crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and when everything was finished, they made sure everything was cleared away or thrown out and I did not have to do any cleaning when they were done. During this time, I was able to work from home without any disturbances and several of my neighbors even commented on their professionalism and the quality of their work and requested contact information for Montes Roofing. Montes Roofing LLC has transformed the exterior of my house. Not only do my neighbors admire it but family members who have seen the â newâ house have been surprised at the transformation."

"Carrington came in and got the job done very quickly. Replacing the blown off shingles with matching shingles and checking others to ensure that everything on the roof was in good shape. Use these guys they know what they are doing. Very professional."

"We were very pleased with the work that Lake County Roofs completed. They were punctual and efficent and the new roof looks great. They will be coming back in another week or so to install the new gutters. Would definitely recommend them to others!"

"For the first time ever, we now have a roof that does NOT leak, after preparation, priming and a roll-on treatment of a sealant over a three day period by SPU. Steve and crew were hard working, polite professionals and we would highly recommend them. Communication was good and the job was completed expeditiously. We would not hesitiate to hire them again!"

"Oval Royse came out to our house and rather than charging us for something that wasn't needed, he told us the problem was minimal and he fixed it on the spot. He was honest and sincere. I was very impressed!"

"TTLC responded timely to all my inquiries and questions regarding new roof, pricing, etc. They acted quickly for a quote a d worked around our schedule for installation, would definitely recommend them!!"

"I am extremely satisfied with the look of my new roof (Colonial Slate), the response of the sales rep (Jay K.), the installation of the new roof (no leaks!), and the cleanup after the job. I called and requested an estimate and a day later Jay was at my house (as scheduled) with shingle samples and other handouts explaining all of the material that Style Exteriors use when replacing a shingle roof. Due to a leak on in the old roof, I asked that a tarp be installed to cover the damaged area and that was done the day after we signed the agreement for the work to be done. Approximately two weeks later (we were waiting for warmer weather) my roof was replaced. The installation crew showed up about 15 minutes early and when Jay arrived to oversee the job, the tear off and replacement of the roof began. In the end, I did find a few old roofing nails, on the ground, on one side of my house, but overall the clean up was OUTSTANDING! From the call taker to the final clean up, I could not be happier with Style Exteriors and I highly recommend the company to service your roofing needs!"

"I interviewed three contractors for this job. I selected Professional Home Improvements based on the discussions with Mal, the owner,  via phone and in person. We had several issues with this job but in the end the work was fairly well done. The largest issue is that the horizontal Cedar siding was somewhat new for PHI. The measurements were incorrectly taken by the material supplier and the wrong size material was custom ordered and delivered. This was discovered after the old cedar was removed from the house. This caused a case where we had to take untreated wood for the job and had to wait a week for the work to restart. It also caused my costs to increase for the staining from another contractor. Once the wood arrived, we found that not enough wood was delivered and we had to wait for another delivery.
In the end the job was completed and the work looks good. The job was to take 7-10 days but took a month without the initial order of materials which was three weeks.

"Excellent Gutter Work! I had new oversized 6" gutters installed by Seidel Exterior Group, and I'm really impressed with the quality of the work. Udo Seidel’s team was professional from start to finish, and a special shoutout to Marty, who did the installation. He worked quickly, did a clean and careful job, and the end result looks fantastic. We have a mix of big-leaf, small-leaf, and pine trees around the house, so I opted to skip gutter guards and go for larger-capacity gutters instead—and I'm glad I did. Marty made sure everything was installed with attention to detail, and the system looks built to handle heavy rain and debris. Highly recommend Seidel Exterior Group if you're looking for reliable, high-quality exterior work!"
