The estimator was knowledgeable, took plenty of photos, and explained what needed to be repaired without trying to upsell us into a full replacement. The crew arrived on schedule, worked efficiently, and kept the property neat throughout the project. They replaced the damaged shingles, repaired the flashing around a roof penetration, and checked the rest of the roof to make sure there weren’t any other weak spots. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they let us know exactly where the project stood each day. Unfortunately, the previous roofer did not do the correct thing and I needed a complete new roof. Four Seasons could not have been more professional. From the first call to the last nail they were polite, professional, and helpful. Donna in the office is SO patient, kind, and caring. I was scheduled for a few weeks out, but as the roof got worse they were able to schedule me in. The crew that arrived, headed by Antonio, was exceptionally polite, professional and hard working. They answered ANY (and I had a bunch) questions or concerns I had during the installation. They really worked as a team and the finished product looks great. Clean up was impeccable with them checking-in before saying they were done that I was happy.
