He does exceptionally well with repairs, explaining things, clean up, and I’ve never had to call him back for the same issue. When he fixes things, they run well! "From start to finish Front Range Water Heater was a pleasure doing business with. Audrey was friendly and answered all my questions prior to setting up the appointment. When Tim and Justin arrived we went over the water heater installation and other repairs before beginning, once again answering all my questions. All the information was very welcoming. I could not have asked for more skilled technicians to be working on my home. I had a few other plumbing issues other than the water heater installation which were absolutely no problem for Tim and Justin. Before I knew it they were done with the entire job which was almost incredible for the amount of work being done. "The crew arrived on time. Work was started and they asked to see the relevant connection in the crawl space. Digging down 5 ft to get to the base of the meter connection. Put plywood down to load dirt on to. Installed new copper (!) to replace leaking plastic. Covered all and even replaced shrubs! Excellent work."

"I found Pure Water Plumbing & water Purification, by way of searching on the internet. My Mom always told me to get at least 3 quotes on a job that you are going to pay for. My 1st quote was well over $3000 bucks just for the water heater and install. The 2nd one didn't want to install the water heater brand I wanted but was right at $1500 bucks. Then because of the way I was looking Lanney of Pure Water gave me a call. He was very knowledgeable and was over $500 less than the 1st quote with the same brand of water heater. Lanny also recommended my getting a ""Scale Reduction System"" installed with the new water heater. By adding that, the water heater doesn't get the build up inside of scale from the hard water here in Englewood. When Lanny was getting ready to leave the supply house to head to my home. He gave me a call to let me know he was about an hour out. Once here, I showed him where everything was and the main shutoff for the home. He and his appr were able to get the entire job done in less time than I thought possible. Afterwards he showed me the completed job and everything was done ""Up To Code"". (The last time, 16 years ago, I found out when I had the water heater installed. It wasn't up to code like they had told me they were going to do). I let Lanny know before he came to my home, that I have a dog that is 13 years old but loves people. She is an American Staffordshire Terrier that is very friendly when I am with her. Lanny's appr was a little apprehensive her. But Sophie Lynn won him over. Every time the appr would go in and out of the home to get supplies or take stuff back to the truck. He got to the point of giving Sophie a head rub. (She Loved It). So, if you want someone that is going to give you the best craftsmanship alone with a much better warranty. I highly recommend Pure Water Plumbing and Water Purification. Note---- If there is a problem with the water heater down the line, while still under warranty, other companies will replace it for free. But you have to pay for the re-install. I gave 5 Stars on my review only because giving 6 or 7 or even more was not available."

"my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"
