"Fabulous. Dispatched service tech Charles Gamez when directed by my home warranty provider. I alerted my home warranty provider at 9pm, the provider assigned Bill Richards Electric LLC to the job and the very next morning at 8am Bill himself called me and arranged The tech to come by the following morning. FAST RESPONSE! Had a GFI that would not reset and had a dead Christmas light circuit. Charles was very courteous, professional, and methodical figuring out the problem. Fixed it handily and also provided some advice for a few questions I had on other related electrical matters around the house. Bill Richards Electric LLC is a small company which is GREAT because few employees make for high quality and excellent collective knowledge base. Will hire again for sure!"

Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!!
