"Fabulous. Dispatched service tech Charles Gamez when directed by my home warranty provider. I alerted my home warranty provider at 9pm, the provider assigned Bill Richards Electric LLC to the job and the very next morning at 8am Bill himself called me and arranged The tech to come by the following morning. FAST RESPONSE! Had a GFI that would not reset and had a dead Christmas light circuit. Charles was very courteous, professional, and methodical figuring out the problem. Fixed it handily and also provided some advice for a few questions I had on other related electrical matters around the house. "I am very Happy to say that Done Rite Services is a Wonderful Company to work with. We have been using EMMCo for the entire time of owning our home (15+ years) Always reliable and friendly. Before the Holiday's our heating began to act up and we knew it was time to replace the entire system. One phone call to the office and the appointment was set. Jordan Benjamin came out and spent time explaining options and what would be done to replace and upgrade our system. Within a week the installers Brandon McSpadden, Kasey, Isaiah Cotroneo arrived. They explained what would take place over the next 3 days. This could have been a disaster because we have 4 dogs but they were very accommodating. With very few hiccups my system was installed to my satisfaction. I have to say not one piece of wire, tape or a bit of dust was left behind. Each one of the crew was very respectful of my home and the most professional group of young men. I am not the easiest to deal with because I have lots of questions. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and they took my concerns very seriously. My rating for this company is they are AMAZING!!!
