"Tech was very punctual. Clearly explained what he thought was going on. Quickly diagnosed the problem, disassembled the unit, showed me the problem, replaced the problem part. In no time at all the softener was back together. Answered all my questions, cleaned up, tested the water. Very pleased with the service. We have a Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis system. Best investment we ever made. When I call Water Doctors I give my name and state my business. They always respond like they have my account memorized. Water Doctors makes me feel like air am their best customer. How refreshing!"

"Very good plumber. Enthusiastic, honest, good price. I was very happy. I think you'd be pleased to have him (Scott) do your needed work. He came out to review the problem and try to figure out what it would take. It was really a good analysis on his part to figure this out without charging me for the consult. I don't think either of us had any guarantee his fix would work, but it did. It is so nice to meet someone like this - honestly!"

"He was so kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very helpful, left my house spotless after the install, and took the time to explain how things work - made me feel very comfortable with the systems before he left. The plumbing was of very good quality. I would recommend his services to anyone. I also think I got a very good value for my money."

"Paul is honest and easy to work with and was very dedicated to getting the project complete ahead of schedule. This was the first big project I've had done in my house and am happy with how smoothly it went. The job was to gut a small bathroom, replacing the toilet, vanity, sub-floor, floor, trim, tiled tub/shower with a acrylic set, and replace the door with a pocket door. The project took 2 weeks to complete and I am very happy with the end product. Whole project was around $9500 for parts and service."

"I received my radon results in a timely manner. I did not hire them specifically, (so, I cannot say I would hire them again) the local company contracted them for this service. The home inspector I hired, handled this service for me and included the results in his report."

"I've had very good service, they come within a reasonable amount of time, they're polite and they're clean. If they have to take something apart or whatever, which hasn't happened, they always pick up after themselves. They're great. I think it's around $85 or something like that, which I think is reasonable. They're here right on time, if not just a few minutes early. They're very good, they are very professional. I'm very pleased with them, that's why I don't need to go looking anywhere else."

"They were here quickly. The work was done well and I appreciate their efforts. We were able to save the walls and carpeting. Had specialized fans to help dry interior walls. Cleaned the carpet as well."

FAQs for sump pump repair or replace projects in Green Bay, WI

Sump pumps last about 10 years with proper maintenance and prompt repairs. Several factors can influence your sump pump’s lifespan, such as usage, environmental conditions, and installation. Premium sump pumps with heavy-duty motors and quality components tend to last longer than lower-cost models. Pedestal sump pumps usually last longer than submersible models since they’re not constantly exposed to water.

A basement French drain is a drainage system installed in basements or around a building’s foundation to redirect water and prevent flooding. This system features a trench with a perforated pipe that catches and transports water away. These systems can crack, freeze, or clog, potentially resulting in flooding or strain on your sump pump.

You can use a sump pump in your yard to minimize pooling water and landscape damage, but it’s best used in conjunction with other drainage systems. This can include French drains, trench drains, underground downspouts, and other equipment. Proper lawn care, such as soil aeration and native plants, also aids with drainage.
