Scott and Junior completed the repairs, which were quite challenging given the locations of the leaks. They stayed on schedule and were polite and professional. The roof decking for my house is composed of 1x6. Scott used 1x6 to complete the repairs. Numerous other companies quoted me for OSB only."

It has been several months since the Goode Brothers installed our gutters and we have had several hard rains since the installation. we have seen no issues. The work they performed exceeded our expectations and for a more than fair price. the customer service and response to our questions was performed quickly and professionally. We were most satisfied by their quick responses and explanations to our questions/concerns that we felt very confident in hiring them. Quentin was very patient in explaining exactly what needed to be done and Ashley was responsive to other questions we I had. "We chose this company due to a favorable deal they were offering for gutter cleaning, which is the main reason for our search. Reviews were excellent as well, so we gave them a shot. After inquiring about their other services and cost, we decided to also have the house pressure washed as well. These guys went above and beyond. Without question they will be our go-to for our future cleaning needs. Price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. We have a long driveway and our "lanai" is a pool with paver patio. After receiving their quote through Angie's messenger, I asked if they needed to come out to give a formal quote since I was concerned both may be more than anticipated which may cause an increase in charge. But Kenny assured me the quote was firm and he had my house specs already, likely through online resources. Not only did he clean the whole lanai/patio, but also pressure washed the pool screen/cage which had about 2 years of built up "yellow" from accumulated pollen. We were not expecting that! I had already started to clean the screen panels myself a couple of weeks earlier. But my methods were not as efficient as I only got through 2 panels. These guys did it all in a matter of hours. They even cleaned the neighborhood sidewalk that runs through our lot! And the cherry on top? My wife was sold on these guys when she noticed Kenny in the pool area, stop what he was doing to catch any frog or lizard he found. He rinsed them off (to rid them of any cleaning agent used) and placed them outside the pool cage to a safe area. Like I said...above and beyond in all aspects. Kenny was extremely nice, they do fantastic work and at a reasonable price. These guys will be getting a call from us annually without a doubt. Thank you!"

"I called three roofing companies to assess damage and provide a repair estimate for a roof. Only AJ Wells kept the appointment, the other two never showed up or called to cancel. Chris Of AJ Wells spent three hours inspecting the roof and providing a detailed explanation of the work needed. The insurance company initially denied the the claim saying that the cost to repair was below the deductible. I called Chris he told me not to worry. After he submitted his detailed and fully documented estimate the insurance company reversed their decision and agreed to pay for a new roof. AJ Wells did a great job presenting the claim to the insurance company and installing the roof. If you are looking for professionals these are your guys. In additional they did not require a deposit but waited for the insurance settlement. Kudos to the gang at AJ Wells. I highly recommend this company. Bill Schiels"
