"Overall, I love my new roof. Estimates are done by owners, not salesmen on commission. The actual roofing crew was always late (10-10:30, not 9) and ended up working up to and after dark. Since they were late, that caused inspections to be delayed. They were careless about leaving my gates open (I have a dog and they knew it). A bag of garden soil and landscape sand were moved from under a large evergreen (not in the way); they drug it out onto the driveway, causing it to tear open, then the crew threw them in dumpster where I found them when I noticed them missing and saw the sand/dirt in front of the garage. I had to purchase replacements out of my funds ($15). Problems with nails on completion being left were quickly resolved and probably happened because I found the guys trying to "sweep" with the magnet at 8pm in the dark. Was told the crew was fired. The carpenter did an excellent job on the chimney and the paint color match was perfect., My concerns were quickly and professionally addressed by the site supervisor. All in all, I would hire again and recommend. The low marks were due to the crew, not the owners, site supervisor or office.,"

"Project went well; finished in 1 day; cleanup was excellent. final inspection finished by city on next day. A little over budget, more wood was needed after old roof was removed."

"Devon was very polite and took care of needs in a very timely manner. Never pushy, giving different options for our needs. I had sone idea of costs and this company gave me the right quotes. They should be placing the roof soon."

"KTM was very professional from start to finish. The roofing crew did an amazing job protecting all my lanscape. Absolutley satisfied with my new roof"

"It was excellence service and really fast. I would recommend them because they are affordable and they finish the job one day. They are very honest because when they check my gutter, they didn't touch the good one and just replace the part that need to be replace. They clean afterwards. They are the best."

"My wife and I needed extensive tile repair and replacement for our roof. We reached out to a number of contractors to receive estimates. The contractors that came each performed extensive reviews, however a number of them provided caveats of the likely challenges in obtaining the right tile and tile size, except for Travis of Sunrise Roofing. Travis performed an extremely thorough inspection of our roof and provided a more pragmatic review and what the project would entail, without artificially inflating unwarranted concerns. Travis was able to secure the appropriate tiles without difficulty and he and a fellow team member were able to complete the project in one day. The results were exceptional. I know a homeowner should do his/her diligence by contacting several contractors, however, if this review provides nothing more than this, I strongly recommend Travis and Sunrise Roofing and there is really no need to contact anyone else. He is professional, very personable, and will provide the most competitive pricing on projects such as this. There is no question should we need additional roof/tile repair and/or replacement in the future that Travis and Sunrise Roofing will be the first that we contact. At a minimum, Travis should be one of the contractors that you contact for any roofing related project. A true pleasure."

"Jackie and Dave were great to work with throughout the process. Leading up to getting the new roof installed, we had a crazy storm rip through. I reached out to Jackie and she rallied the troops (while she was on vacation!!) and got someone from her team to rush over and caulk a compromised spot on the roof, which kept us dry until the new roof was put on. I can’t say enough great things about the whole team!"

"AJ Wells Roofing and Construction is the kind of company everyone would like to find. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and customer service are excellent. Arthur, Eric, David, and all of their company have been professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and “on our side “ at every step of the roofing process. We can not recommend them highly enough! TEN STARS!!"
