"An outstanding group of professionals, responsive, great listeners, and with a passion for excellence. As Dave, the owner, has told me more than once, "we're not cheap," and he's right, but having used another landscaper in the past with mediocre results, there's no question but that All Terrain consistently exceeds all expectations. I can't say enough good about the leadership team, Glen, Chris, and Gil. Hampered as are most landscapers in the area by the difficulty in finding quality help, they nonetheless dedicated three teams to completely transform our large backyard. They stripped everything out (and when I mentioned to Chris that I wanted to save a half dozen cacti, he immediately agreed and transplanted them to an area outside the fence. Then Gil and his band of magicians came in, sculpting the yard, putting in bricks in two circular areas outside the covered patio (they even brought in a surveyor to make sure it was built to have water run off into the desert behind us!), adding paving stones from the patio to the circular areas, and then adding incredible plants and boulders while rebuilding our irrigation system for the new plants. Somehow, Gil and his team finished in three days but never lost their attention to detail. When adding the paving stones, his worker continually used a level to make sure the stones were even with the patio and the brick circular area. When Gil replanted the cacti, he found the most wonderful areas for them. I had a number of aloes in pots, and they transplanted them into an aloe bed they'd designed under the picture window. No question, no extra cost. I could go on for ever. My wife and I are completely thrilled with the results; there's is ugly money you pour into a house and then there's good money. This was money well spent. The are absolutely our go-to company for landscaping."

They prepare the area, removing rocks, tilling the soil, adding amendments and topsoil. New sprinklers PVC and controls were installed. I will definitely hire them for future work.!"

This week they just finished up our back yard project: patio overlay and extends into yard with pavers, artificial grass, planting, hooking up water to the plants, & the final touch of adding landscape lighting. "Although they never showed up on the original scheduled date, when the owner of the company found out about this issue he quickly contacted me and sent out one of his crew to my house to perform an inspection. The backstory is that I had my system installed by a company out of Phoenix (Baker Solar) and for about 4 months I was unable to reach them to service my system. After such a long time with no response and giving up on the company completely I decided to reach out to a local Tucson based company and I found Arizona Southwest Solar and Electric, LLC. They were able to quickly verify that the system was in good working order. Luckily they did not need to do any additional work. Apparently Baker solar had come out to my place and performed a repair one week before I had called Arizona Southwest Solar and Electric, LLC to come out to my house. Overall I feel that Arizona Southwest Solar was trustworthy and is who I will contact in the future if there is any new work that my system needs."

"They did not give me an itemized list of how much the switch cost. I had asked them I believe to try to fix light switch on my porch. It did not work after they fixed it. Lennie seemed to be in a bad mood that day but that's very subjective. He was still business like but he seemed to be in a bad mood and I felt dismissed when I pointed out that I had asked for a proper switch. He came once and accessed the situation and came back and replaced the switch and I had asked for a specific kind of switch and I pointed out that this was not that kind and he was very dismissive. I didn't feel as if he had made a good explanation of why he was giving a different switch. I found the average price is expensive for electricians."

"Installation went very well. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. Problem was when I received my cc bill. I was billed the $129 Angie's List fee which was to include TV wall mount (mount not include), connect all necessary video and basic audio, neatly dress wires, configure peripheral devices, and conceal in-wall wires. And I was billed $140.49 from HELLOTECH. I'm still trying to get the $140.49 charge reversed."
