"I live in a well established neighborhood with a small front and back yard. Initially the yard looked nice after they came but after a while it began to look a bit sloppy. After 6 months I was no longer told when they would come so I would miss them. The contract said they would check the irrigation system but now the palm trees are brown and obviously not getting water. Our Agave has grown two or three pups that should have been removed. I expect these things to be taken care of without me having to watch their work."
