We got 4 companies to come and give us a quote.  Two of them were cheaper but they seemed as puzzled as we were about what to do and could not guarantee from future problems. The other company suggested rebuilding the entire deck and was way out of budget. "Will and his team at CXC did a great job replacing a failing stem wall perimeter foundation on my 1920s mid-city home. I bid the project out to six different contractors. His bid came in close to most and it became quickly apparent that his crew would delivery the highest quality and integrity to the job. His ability to accommodate my scheduling needs, the crew's many years of experience and overall professionalism, and the quick communication from the office administration all resulted in a great experience. A big shout out to WILL (Owner), CELSO (Foreman), and ROSANNA (Administration). Word of advice, get multiple bids and always verify general commercial liability insurance and that it covers the type of work that is going to be done. CXC's was easily verified...others were not and in some instance foundation repair was not even underwritten into their policies. CXC is BBB accredited, many others are not. I would not hesitate to work with Will and CXC again on my future projects."

Ran listened to our ideas for the kitchen and came up with a great design that is functional and looks so pleasing. He was super patient as we made small tweaks to the design until it was just as we wanted it. When it came time to install, Ran and his crew did an above and beyond job working with our uneven floors and ceiling. Working on the smallest details to get them just right, and all with a smile! "The patio cover was installed without any major hiccups. It was installed as designed. The pricing was very competitive. However, the installer made some minor mistakes. When these mistakes were brought to the attention of the company owner, the mistakes were corrected and a courtesy refund issued for any inconveniences caused. I would use PatioCrew again and recommend them to friends and colleagues.

"Hasn't been long since I purchased this house as an investment property, but the outside needed a little work. The driveway was mainly gone. I guess the concrete was not used properly and the rest of the driveway was just a mess. These fellows came and removed the old concrete and poured in a new layer. Now it looks like a real driveway to pull up and park."

"It went great. It was a big deal purchase and it did cost me more than the big deal purchase. It was like a deal for four hours for $100 so they did almost half of everything and then they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing up. I think they were a little ill-prepared for how much work that needed to be done. There were just holes everywhere because of the electrical. They re-patched all of the dry wall holes and matched the plaster to the wall. I think they were ill-prepared for that but because of that they gave me a pretty good deal on finishing it so I was pretty happy about that. The price was great. Everything was great. The guy was a little late."
