"I purchased a multifamily house with 2 stories. The 2nd floor had 1 inch original hardwood from 1920 that laid on the floor joists so you could hear every footstep downstairs and my tenants almost moved out. I hired Cesar to take on a tedious and technical ceiling soundproofing technique for the apartment using RSCI rubber clips, hat channels, insulation, and making the 1st floor airtight. I was so impressed with how he was able to juggle handling my tenant for 2 weeks, compensating for delayed shipping by driving 3 hours to New York and picking up the materials himself to make sure we meet the deadline, redoing 1 entire room at his loss and not charging me for it because the original technique we tried did not work, and listening and working with me to make sure we didn't miss any details that would cause sound transfer (and this was impressive because I am very detail oriented). My tenants moved in and were very impressed by the finished looked of the new ceilings and crown molding. We saw a sound improvement of about 15 STC in both airborne and impact noise. It cut down sound transfer by 2/3 in the 1st floor apartment. I will be adding rubber underlayment upstairs underneath the new flooring to completely block out the rest of the impact noise that transfers from the floor above to the walls downstairs that support it! I'll be calling Cesar and his crew again."

"I called United Pro last year to do a repair for a leak that I got in the beginning of the pandemic. Benny came out when it was raining because water was coming in the house. He laid a tarp and stopped the leak immediately. He quoted me a price for that piece of roof but explained that I will have to replace the entire roof of the house because it was not done correctly and I was going to get another leak on the other side of the house. Just as he said 1 year later I got a leak on the other side of the house. I called them immediately because he was honest and up front with price and what it was going to cost. They were able to tear off and remove the entire roof of the house, treat the mold, install all new insulation, install all new wood, tile the entire roof, install brand new gutters in 1 day and 1/2 That?s right, 1 day 1/2 The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. He then came later and washed my porch picked up all debris that was left and the dumpster was picked up 10 min later. My Roof looks amazing and the house looks like nothing ever happened."

"From the very beginning with the salesman who knocked on our door to the salesman who came to our home, to the finished job, everything has been outstanding. Both salesman were very courteous and in no way pushy. They were both obviously very confident in their product, but there was no pressure. When we were finalizing the sales agreement the representative informed us of a substantial discount for signing at the time. This was in my opinion no way a pressure technique as you would expect. He offered it once only in a very low key way explaining that it saved the company money if he did not have to come back later which would prevent him from new sales calls, so that savings was offered to us. He urged us to think it over and to not do it unless we were completely comfortable, in fact suggesting that we shop around. He then dropped it and didn't mention it again. The entire interaction was very good with no pressure or shadiness. We had siding, gutters, and a new entrance door installed. The crews (a different crew for each job, and obviously very skilled at it), were all very nice and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and listened to questions and acted on them without question or hesitation. Every crew was great and got the jobs completed quickly. There was no down time during the installations or between jobs. Everything was done in just over a week. The quality of the work and the materials is very high. Power is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. When considering the quality of the materials and workmanship, the timeline of installation, and the unbeatable warranty, I think that they are a good value.
