Jason helped us get the plans sets and Flip, Beckett and James built the huge structure. We were impressed with their knowledge, skills, and work ethic. James and Chance did an excellent job with finish aesthetics. As with all construction projects, some issues come up but Christian always had solutions to make us happy. Working on a budget, they came up with a beautiful design solution and they clearly delivered with the final product. Most notable is that there had been a miscommunication on a part of the project and I expected the typical contractor pushback. Instead, I was contacted within 30 minutes of my call and they committed to take care of the situation without the typical pointing of fingers attempting to hold the customer accountable. "I have had this brick wall down at my house for a while, and would like to give a shout out to Redemption Property Restoration who came in and dealt with this while I was at work. I came home and all was taken care of. Hauling off the old brick was included in my price, but these guys walked my entire yard picking up bricks to ensure not one brick was left on my property that was not attached to my home! They also filled in all the cracks I had on the backside of my house at no additional cost to me. For anyone out there needing work done at home, I would recommend this team of men to anyone! Not only am I thrilled with the way it looks, they took my worry away! I will be calling these guys in the future!"

As soon as the block was delivered him and his guys came out ,talked everything over with us as to what they were going to do and what we wanted .These guys worked in the cold , between rain breaks , in the mud and were very professional. "It went very well from start to finish. Jose Medina phoned us shortly after we submitted a request for services on Angi. We set up an appointment for an estimate, he came when he said he was going to, his estimate was reasonable, and we hired him to do the work. Just one week later he returned to do the repairs. He arrived when he said he would come. He had all the needed supplies; he took out the broken capstones and mortared in new ones. He cleaned up after himself and took away all the broken stones and job debris. He was courteous and respectful. I would hire him again in a heartbeat if I needed his services."
