"My neighbors hired Tom to clean their vents. Their recommendations convinced me to call for an appointment. Tom came to clean my dryer vent which was clogged in the wall between the laundry room and the sunroom. At my request, he removed the original flimsy flex line and replaced it with metal. First load of laundry took less than half the time it had been taking! I’m passing his card around in our senior community. "I notice most of the reviews are old and about Tommy; he was not the tech. Pros: They were available days before others and who wants to be stuck with dirty laundry? In the end, they charged the trip charge instead of also trying to charge for some time when the job wasn't done (like a certain Company which we no longer use). Cons: The tech started into the upsale immediately, suggesting to almost double what we expected to pay and wasn't too happy when we declined (another reason we stopped using the Company that turned their techs into sales people). He had been there about 1 1/2 hours when he discovered we had a vinyl vent which can't be safely cleaned because it may tear or break. Time was wasted to learn the vent needs to be replaced. Also, he didn't pay attention when I pointed out which 2nd story cover was for the dryer because we found the one for the bathroom on the ground later, which is there to keep birds out."

We are Whirlpool's Factory Certified Care for Knoxville and surrounding areas. We work on any house hold appliances.
