"Charlie was very courteous and professional. He was able to come to our job in a very reasonable amount of time. He was very thorough in moving out a stack washer and dryer unit and cleaning all around, including the top of the stack , which I could never reach. He inspected our installation and recommended replacing the connecting duct work, which was leaking a lot of fuzz and dust. Then he went outside, climbed a ladder with equipment and cleaned all of the lint in the duct outside, by blowing it from the inside. He did the same with our other dryer on the lower level. We were completely satisfied with his work. He left both areas neat and tidy! Great job!"

What really got them an A-grade however is that while they were at our house to service our main unit for the upstairs, we mentioned that our other A/C unit, which supplies the downstairs, hadn't been working for awhile. They took it upon themselves, free of charge, to look at the other unit and they were able to get it going again. They even went as far as servicing the other unit. Again, without charging us an additional charge."

"My AC was not keeping the house cool. I called in the morning & was able to have a technician in late afternoon because they finished up a job near by. They had a generic fan on the truck & installed it in about 30 min. I believe the fan is necessary to keep the coils from freezing up.  The AC immediately began cooling better, however, a couple of days later my house got warmer again. I noticed the fan was turning very slowly. They had a technician out the same day, apparently the new fan stopped working so it was replaced again, no problem for the last 2 weeks. I have been a customer for about 5 years & use the annual maintenance program."
