"My neighbors hired Tom to clean their vents. Their recommendations convinced me to call for an appointment. Tom came to clean my dryer vent which was clogged in the wall between the laundry room and the sunroom. At my request, he removed the original flimsy flex line and replaced it with metal. First load of laundry took less than half the time it had been taking! I’m passing his card around in our senior community. Our homes were built 20 years ago and I don’t believe I’ve ever heard of anyone having dryer vents cleaned. I’m going to urge my neighbors to call Tom. He was quick, efficient and very pleasant!"

"I notice most of the reviews are old and about Tommy; he was not the tech. Pros: They were available days before others and who wants to be stuck with dirty laundry? In the end, they charged the trip charge instead of also trying to charge for some time when the job wasn't done (like a certain Company which we no longer use). Cons: The tech started into the upsale immediately, suggesting to almost double what we expected to pay and wasn't too happy when we declined (another reason we stopped using the Company that turned their techs into sales people). He had been there about 1 1/2 hours when he discovered we had a vinyl vent which can't be safely cleaned because it may tear or break. Time was wasted to learn the vent needs to be replaced. Also, he didn't pay attention when I pointed out which 2nd story cover was for the dryer because we found the one for the bathroom on the ground later, which is there to keep birds out."

"This is an older house that hadn't been painted for a number of years. The crew did a meticulous job of prepping the exterior before painting, including replacing boards that had water damage. The crew was punctual, very courteous, and highly professional. They did a thorough job of applying paint, then went over the job with a fine-tooth comb to be sure it was up to their standards. This inspection resulted in re-sanding and repainting a few boards that did not have the appearance they wanted. When the job was finished the crew did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site. I would not hesitate to recommend The Premier Handyman and will call on them again for my next project."

"On 1/22/2013 Tony Hall from Covenant Heating and Cooling came to my home to check out my heating unit.  Tony arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment and displayed and clean and neat, professional appearance.  When he came into my home, he put booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt.  When he went to the HVAC unit, he found my problem in about 5 minutes.  Tony said that he would have to order the part.  On 1/23/2013 Covenant called and said that the part was in and I scheduled and appointment for 1/24/2013.  On 1/24/2013, Tony was again early for his appointment and had my HVAC repaired in about 15 minutes.  I was very impressed with this company and Tony Hall. <br />"

"The technician was punctual, professional and thorough. He talked to my husband, examined the washer and quickly ascertained the problem was bad bearings, as we suspected. He explained what that meant in terms of repairs: we would have to replace not only the bearings, but also the drum. He also explained what would happen if we did not address the problem, and he estimated the probable cost of repairs, which was nearly as much as a new machine. He advised us to replace the washer rather than repair it (that impressed us!). He also said that these newer washers simply don't last as long as the older kind, and to be sure and get the extended warranty if we got a new one. Overall, we were very impressed by his thoroughness, honesty and professionalism! If we ever need appliance repair in the future, we will DEFINITELY call this company."
