"I called Mr. Worley on Friday, June 16, 2014 and asked him if he could give me a guesstimate on installing 3 overhead lights in the apartment I share with my 96 year old mother and my 40 year old daughter.  He gave me a quote which was a little higher than I was prepared to pay at that time. "I was offered 2 handymen for 4 hours or 1 for 8.  I asked for 1 for 8 hours.  They sent 2 individuals.  One was the handyman and the other handed him batteries and tools.  He helped him carry the ladder.  I had told them when I scheduled that if they had time I had some things I'd like taken to the dump and some trim painted on a door.  They were done before the 4 hours were up but said they didn't have the right truck to go to the dump and they didn't do painting.  So they didn't do 4 hours of work.
