"I have used Mr. Handyman (Central MetroWest) on many occasions over the years. Jobs have ranged from small (installing a dishwasher) to major (a full bathroom gut/remodel), and anywhere in between (replacing all interior doors, rebuilding a front stoop, repairing rotted siding, etc.) I could not have been happier with their service every time. Jon has been the consummate professional - friendly, polite, conscientious, always on time, leaves the site clean, explains everything he's doing, and most importantly, does great work. An added bonus is having a professional office staff that is always there to answer the phone, keep you abreast of when the technicians will arrive, and follow up to make sure the work is satisfactory. Is Mr. Handyman the cheapest option out there? Probably not, since it is based on an hourly rate. However, pricing is not unreasonable, and for that you get high quality, reliable service. To me, that is well worth the cost. I've learned the hard way over the years that you generally get what you pay for. (Cheaper is not always better!) "Excellent work. I had Mack and team install a dog door (wall) and build a custom sized screen door for my 1870 farmhouse. Mack came out a few times to measure to get the specs right. The door is perfect with reinforced screen material. Plus the post job cleanup was immaculate. I already have a few more projects in mind for Mack and team."

"The guys were terrific. We had a general idea of what type lock we wanted. When they got here they checked our doors, listened to what we were looking for and then recommended a type of lock. It was installed quickly and some additional work was needed on the door frame. They did this work and everything fit and works perfectly. "When you look out the window, you see a former ambulance pull up and you know everything is going to be great.  These  guys are a Rescue Team for sure!  On very short notice Mr. Adams fit me in so I could get to my plow before snow storm... Arrived early and in a great mood, ready to start the day (despite the fact that it was 14 degrees out.  He  and his co-worker were thoughtful, considerate, fun, and definite keepers.  They did a fairly major  overhaul in an hour, had everything they needed on the truck despite the fact that they didn't know what issues they would come across.  They were so sweet, professional and funny, it made me want to break the door all over again, just to have them back! <Very Big Grin>... dont' worry, I didn't!  Oh, another amazing thing.  The door is as quiet as a mouse.  It  used to sound like a train on a clickety clackety track every time I pressed the button.  I live in a house built in the 1700's.  I've had a LOT of folks here to repair things in the last 30 years.  These guys definitely set the bar high. My doorknob no longer wiggles or comes off in my hand AND best of all - the front door lock is no longer a trick-lock! It required some door repair as there was a lot of wood loss from 100 years worth of previous repairs."
