"Dan returned my second telephone message requesting an estimate appointment.  He had an emergency on the day of my first message.  He arrived at the arranged time to give an estimate and answer any questions I had.  On the day of the service, Dan arrived on time and did a beautiful job of repairing the broken tile with an extra edge tile that I had.  He also replaced the other loose tiles, removed discolored and damaged grout from both countertops, and replaced the grout with grout that was a perfect match to the old grout and the grout that was on the adjacent walls.  Dan also gave me some helpful hints about preventing the  discoloration that had occurred over the years with my old grout. <br />"

When there was a problem with fitting the new sink to the existing pipes (I didn't know what I was doing when i picked out the new sink) he figured out a nice looking solution. He left sealing grout spray for us to apply a second coat, to save us having to pay him to come back.  He was very nice to work with. We will hire him again. <br />"
