"We hired Turner Paving based on their bid for the work. We felt comfortable with Jays explanation of the process and his recommendations of the style of asphalt to be used. After job completion, we have noticed it was not rolled and/or compacted enough. We specifically mentioned to Jay we wanted a smooth drive and not a chunky one, and he ensured us it would be smooth. We are afraid after we begin driving on it, along with other people, the chunky areas will rapidly deteriorate and become potholes, It is like ironing only half the shirt. By the way, we waited a full 5 days prior to driving on it, after Jays recommendation of at least 3 days. The crew did great, with minimum downtime. I do however, feel Jay will correct any issues that may present themselves. I only wish the driveway was rolled better, and properly compacted. If it can be done 6 days after being laid, I would love to see them come back and do this."

"All workers showed up on time and the work progressed on time. The weather was a factor but the job was finished in time and in a very professional manner. There was never a time when I had to worry if the job was being done the way it should be. There was a section of roofing on the back of the house that was done by an armature at best that caused a lot of wood rot. The foreman of the job showed me how it could be repaired and saved me over $1500 on the job.
