So clean, couldn't tell he had been here. Professional, friendly and tried to save me money where he could. I'm thoroughly impressed! I highly recommend the Water Heater Pros!"

"He did a great job. He explained everything and talked about process of the problem and fixing my water heater. Ty Josh"

"Overly expensive charges for replacing our water heater and water pressure regulator. Two weeks after installation my basement was flooded again and the water heater installed was the cause. When called out to fix the problem the tech flooded my basement again on the repair. The installer and assistant were nice people and he was the plumber who came to repair it. The owner is a good guy whom I had used once prior on a small job and I really liked him. I was not pleased with his demeanor this time on the first installation or the text showing him pictures of the rupture. I would not have written this if I didn?t know the cost to him of the replacement water heater compared to what we paid. It was WAY over on the labor which much of was waiting for parts not on their truck. That?s not the customer?s fault."

"Very professional in describing the work needed to be done."

"Dustin and Austin are very knowledgeable about plumbing. They did an excellent job removing my old hot water heater and installing a new one with the addition of an expansion tank. I appreciated their promptness on the job and the cleanup afterward. Total Customer Satisfaction!"

"Jerry and his helper were highly professional and friendly. They saved us from major issues and thousands of dollars. They listened to our issues and talked to us before they did anything. Thank you again Knee Deep."
