We had our roof replaced, our homes exterior painted, some siding replaced as well as two exterior dormer windows replaced. My daughter has used this company as well for new gutters as well as exterior painting. The workers are always friendly , professional and experienced. They answer all questions that you may have and leave the job site spotless after the job is completed. The office staff is always helpful and friendly as well and promptly return calls. I highly recommend JD Hostetter. They are reasonable on their job quotes too. You will not be disappointed if you use this company!"

Our roof didn't need replacing, which is what the other company wanted to do, but it did need the water leak repaired and I wanted to improve ventilation in another area of the roof. The initial response was very good and Chase rearranged his schedule to meet with me right away and discuss my problems. "He originally came out for a minor "roof tune-up", but let me know that our roof was installed improperly a few years ago (different company), which is why all the shingles are falling off, and that we would definitely need more than a tune-up. He gave me a great estimate on replacing our roof as well as a big balcony we have. While he was here, he replaced all the shingles that had fallen off, and repaired some problem areas that he was concerned might leak soon. He was then nice enough to take the time to teach me how I could repair shingles that have fallen off until we are ready to get the entire roof replaced. He did all of this, free of charge!!!
I must have had extremely bad luck with contractors in the past, because I usually walk away feeling cheated. But this was by far my best experience with any contractor ever, and it left me feeling satisfied that someone was friendly, passionate about their job, knew what he was doing, and that he was absolutely fair with the estimates he gave me.  I also still cannot believe he took the time to teach me what he did! This experience was extremely pleasant, informative, and did I mention, he didn't even charge me for the many things he did! I highly recommend JPR as I will be using them for everything in the future!
