"Overall excellent. My only quibble is that the screen over the window had holes but it was replaced within a week. I would use them again if I need another egress window. Note, these windows are primarily to let people out. If a fireman, or anybody else, have to get in they still have to break the glass."

This time, I engaged him to do a large exterior project. "Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."
