"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. They immediately let me know my options and gave me top notch recommendations on how to correct the issues and stayed in budget! This company took the extra time to explain and correct the issues. Plus, they were the only company that did not have to drive a fully loaded cement truck on my existing concrete driveway. Every other company wanted me to sign a waiver for my existing driveway. "Willie called me right away and met with me to discuss the project within two days, in spite of the fact that he was going through a family emergency. His estimate was fair (I had it checked out with a guy who is in charge of construction at Waffle House) and he was extremely professional. He had wonderful suggestions for my project (a cement pad for my Motorhome and two sheds.). They brought in dirt to level the area and prevent drainage issues as well as crushed cement because of a storm we had to help dry out the dirt so the cement could be poured. They finished the job with riff raff rock to prevent soil erosion. It is beautiful and I canâ  t wait to get my sheds set up! His communication is over and beyond anyone I have worked with in this area. They are prompt, honest and have integrity. "Rich (owner) responded very quickly to my quote request. I believe he came out the same day or next day. He reviewed my design sketch, made a suggestion for one minor change and provided fixed price quote for the agreed upon design. My county requires a specific footer for buildings. Rich dug the footer in the time he promised and, immediately after county approval, contacted me to schedule the pour. There was rain on and off during the timeframe for scheduling the pour. Rich communicated daily to let me know if rain impacted the pour date. In the end, the pad was poured on the date promised and I couldn't be happier with the results. Rich and his crew do a great job. They are also very friendly."
