The Technician arrived within my time slot and went right to work. He definitely knew what he was doing. My main issues was that my garage door was not shutting all the way down and leaving a gap at the floor that was letting cold air in. My pipes had frozen in the wall of the garage earlier this winter and I think this was the culprit. He lowered the door and tested it to make sure it was as flush as he could get it and tuned up the rest of the system.
