"Zimmerman Carpet Cleaners exceeded my expectations right from the start. The moment I called someone answered my call (with others they usually go to a voicemail and then a callback much later). I spoke to a wonderful, knowledgeable woman who was polite, friendly, and broke down their three cleaning packages for me. I was surprised with the cost as it seemed high, however I have learned over time that you get what you pay for. I choose their lowest package, so I moved some of the furniture myself, and I had everything ready when they arrived. The young man that arrived measured the rooms with precision, he came down and gave me an upfront quote prior to starting the work. He took his time and was detailed orientated. I told him where my new pet had at times had an accident, and I wanted him to focus on those areas. He told me to not to put the furniture back until the next day if possible so as to not leave any stains, and he was right. The hose ran over my wood floors as it entered the house and he made sure no water damaged it. The hose didn't leak like some of the other company's I have used in the past. The carpet did take almost six hours to completely dry. It looked great, and felt soft and clean. They even have a discount on your next cleaning if you fill out their survey.
