They have been up front with me from the start about what I need to have done with my home. They also told me exactly how much stuff would cost. I liked the fact that I didn’t have to worry about some kind of hidden fees. They always told me that they were here for me and they wanted me to be happy. They treated my home like their home. "Everything with our deck project from start to finish went great, and it's exactly what we wanted! We had a design in mind and they were able to deliver. Tommy gave us estimates for several different options of decking materials, and even helped us pick colors that would look best with our siding. The size deck we wanted was not a standard size, and he was able to come up with a design for the composite pieces that looks beautiful. We also wanted our deck free-standing rather than attached to the house, and they were able to do that. The railing is sturdy, and they were able to add a gate at the stairs for us. The communication was thorough, and every question we had was answered in detail. The workers were all friendly and professional. We were pleasantly surprised at how fast they were able to build our deck, less than 2 days. We would gladly recommend Redwine Home Improvements to any friends or family, as well as use this company again for future deck building needs!"
